António is a Partner at Havenstone Capital. Before joining the firm in 2024, António served as Partner and Chief Investment Officer at Bondstone, a regulated real estate investment and asset management firm. Previously, he held various corporate finance and private equity roles for almost two decades, including positions at 3i Group, Margin Key, Oxy Capital, Bright Partners, Millennium BCP, and Garrigues.
António holds a Law degree from Universidade de Lisboa, a Master’s in Management from Nova SBE, and an MBA from Nova SBE and Católica-Lisbon in partnership with MIT Sloan School of Management.
Bárbara is an Associate at Havenstone Capital, supporting the Legal & Compliance team. Prior to joining the firm, Bárbara worked as an Associate at Bondstone, a regulated real estate investment and asset management firm, where she provided legal advice on ongoing projects and ensured compliance with regulatory and AML obligations. Before that, she spent two years as an Associate, providing legal support in real estate, corporate law, insolvency, and banking and finance law to various clients. Bárbara began her career at SPS Advogados, where she focused on litigation and insolvency proceedings related to mortgage and consumer credits for 2.5 years.
Bárbara holds a Law degree from Autonomous University of Lisbon (UAL) and a Master’s in Legal Practice from ULisboa’s Faculty of Law, specializing in Tax and Finance Law. Bárbara has been a member of the Portuguese Bar Association since 2020.
Bruna is a Partner at Havenstone Capital. Before joining the team in 2024, Bruna was the Executive Director of the Legal & Compliance team at Bondstone, a regulated real estate investment and asset management firm. Earlier in her career, she worked as a lawyer in private practice, collaborating with several law firms and companies, focusing on real estate, urbanism, and corporate law.
Bruna holds a Law degree and a Master’s degree in Forensic Legal Sciences (Litigation) from ULisboa’s Faculty of Law, postgraduate studies in Corporate Finance and Corporate Governance and an Intensive Course on Investment Funds at CIDP (Centro de Investigação de Direito Privado). Bruna has been a member of the Portuguese Bar Association since 2017.
Bruno is a Partner at Havenstone Capital, focusing on deal origination and structuring. Before joining the firm, Bruno served as Investment Director at Bondstone, a regulated real estate investment and asset management firm. Previously, he worked at Savills, providing strategic advisory, commercial due diligence, and debt advisory services to real estate developers and investors. Prior to that, Bruno was a Partner at Margin Key, and earlier in his career, he worked as a Project Manager at Altice.
Bruno holds an MBA from Nova SBE and Católica-Lisbon in partnership with MIT Sloan School of Management and an MSc in Civil Engineering from Técnico (IST). Bruno is a member of the Portuguese Chamber of Chartered Engineers.
Mariana is a Senior Analyst at Havenstone Capital, supporting the Investment Team. Prior to joining the firm, she worked as an Investment Analyst at Bondstone, a regulated real estate investment and asset management firm, and as a Summer Business Analyst at Fintech Solutions, the advisory arm of Portugal Fintech.
Mariana holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Católica-Lisbon School of Business and Economics and a Master’s in Finance, specializing in Corporate Finance, from Nova SBE.
Pedro is a Senior Analyst at Havenstone Capital, supporting the Investment Team. Before joining the firm, Pedro worked as an Investment Analyst at Bondstone, a regulated real estate investment and asset management firm. He also served as an Analyst at Kroll and Optimal Investments, gaining experience across various sectors, including pharmaceuticals, airlines, maritime transportation, and SMEs.
Pedro holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Católica Lisbon School of Business and Economics and a Master’s in Finance from Esade Business School.
Rodrigo is an Analyst at Havenstone Capital, supporting the Investment Team. Before joining the firm, Rodrigo worked in the banking industry as a Summer Intern at Novo Banco and as an Analyst at BNP Paribas. He also served as an Analyst at WTW, where he advised multinational companies across various industries, managing their cross-border financial challenges.
Rodrigo holds a Bachelor’s in Management and a Master’s in Finance from Nova SBE. He also studied as an exchange student at UPF Barcelona School of Management during his Master’s program.
